Gentle Support for Growth and Discovery
I am a neurodivergent Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) in the state of Washington. I help ADHD women, couples, and families who are navigating the challenges of living with neurodivergence in a neurotypical world, so they can better understand, trust, and work with their brains while navigating life's complexities and their most important relationships.
I have worked with neurodivergent individuals for over 13 years and have specialized training in utilizing trauma-informed approaches. I primarily utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Somatic techniques to guide the therapeutic process.
With both lived experience and professional training, I gently support you in not only learning how your brains work but also creating a plan to develop tangible skills that lead to meaningful, real-life change.
My free time is often spent with loved ones, exploring the outdoors, traveling to new places or having fun with my hobby of the month (currently water colors). As a Mexican-American married to a Moroccan, culture and family is a very important part of my life. I believe all humans deserve love and respect and it is crucial to continue to lift up the voices and advocate for those who have been marginalized.
